Trauma-Informed Organizational Wellness

Mental Health & Emotional Wellness Support

This offering is about the people inside your organization.

This is not a workshop. It's not a one-time training or a generic employee assistance program that nobody actually uses.

This is a real, ongoing wellness partnership built around the people inside your organization, what they're carrying, how they're coping, and what they actually need to keep going without shutting down or burning out.

If your team works in an emotionally demanding environment, and most do, they are absorbing things every single day that have nowhere to go. Stress, secondary trauma, interpersonal tension, identity-based pressure, overstimulation, grief, exhaustion. All of it lives somewhere in the body and the relational field of your organization. And when it has no outlet, it eventually shows up in your retention numbers, your communication breakdowns, your leadership dynamics, and your culture.

I work with organizations that are ready to take that seriously.

The Problem

Most workplace wellness models are built around visibility, not actual support.

Mandatory group sessions. Generic programming. Performative team culture. Workshops designed for the average employee in the average workplace, which yours is not.

Not everyone processes in groups. Not everyone feels safe enough in a workplace environment to be vulnerable. Not everyone has the capacity for traditional therapy. And forcing emotional openness in a professional setting often creates more harm than relief, especially for neurodivergent staff, people carrying trauma, or anyone who has learned that workplaces are not always safe places to be fully human.

In emotionally demanding environments, people quietly carry burnout, compassion fatigue, overstimulation, interpersonal tension, and secondary stress long before anyone in leadership realizes there's a problem.

By the time it shows up in your data, it's already been living in your people for a long time.

How I Work

This work is informed by clinical training. It is not clinical therapy.

That distinction is intentional, not a limitation.

I'm a licensed-track Associate Clinical Social Worker and therapist working in private practice. The training I carry into this work is real, relational depth, trauma-informed care, nervous system literacy, Neurodivergent-informed, culturally aware and sensitive, emotionally focused practice, and years of sitting with people inside some of the hardest moments of their lives. That doesn't disappear because we're in an organizational context. It informs everything.

What I'm offering here lives outside the traditional therapy container on purpose. Not because it's less than therapy, but because therapy was never designed to meet people inside the environments that are often making them unwell in the first place. What I do here is more integrative than that. More responsive. It doesn't stay in the lane therapy is required to stay in.

My approach draws from EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic awareness, attachment theory, psychodynamic insight, and trauma-informed relational practice, alongside my own frameworks, Integrity Centered Intervention and Integral Emotional Mapping, which center congruence between identity, values, and behavior as the foundation of sustainable emotional health. For clients who are open to it, I also integrate spiritual frameworks, Human Design, nervous system literacy, and somatic awareness, because people don't compartmentalize and neither do I.

I work with founders, leadership teams, and the individuals inside organizations where emotional overload is quietly affecting everything: communication, decision-making, retention, relational dynamics, and the long-term sustainability of the work itself.

What I bring is clinical depth without clinical restriction. Intentional, integrative, whole-person care that meets people where they actually are, not where a treatment model says they should be.

This is boutique, intimate, and it's built entirely around your organization, not a template. At least not one that is built without consideration of your exact needs.

What I specialize in.

Three things sit at the center of this work.

Individual Sessions, 50 minutes Consistent, ongoing, emotionally focused support for staff who need a real container. This is not clinical therapy and I am not your therapist of record. But it is real, sustained, relational care informed by clinical training, and that distinction matters less to the person sitting across from me than whether they finally feel heard. We meet regularly. We build something. It goes somewhere.

Wellness Drop-Ins, 30 minutes Some weeks you're fine. Some weeks somebody at work is getting on your last nerve and you need somewhere to put it that isn't your car on the way home. Drop-ins are unstructured, low-commitment, and available. For virtual engagements, my calendar is open to your team on designated days during designated hours. Someone books a slot when they need it. No intake marathon, no long-term commitment required. Just access to support when something is actually happening.

Processing Groups For teams that need a structured space to decompress together. Not a team-building exercise. Not a workshop. A facilitated group experience grounded in real clinical process, where people can actually say what's been sitting with them in a space that knows how to hold it. Virtual or on-site.

ENGAGEMENT MODELS

Everything here is built on retainer through an ongoing organizational partnership. Nothing is one-and-done. Relational work requires consistency, and consistency is what actually creates change.

Primarily virtual. On-site available for organizations in the greater Los Angeles area, including Long Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, Malibu, and Topanga Canyon. On-site engagements are priced accordingly.

Depending on what your organization needs, we can structure this in different ways:

your team's recurring space to decompress, process, and regulate within a safe container.

50-minute ongoing support for staff who need a consistent, private space. Scheduled regularly, built around the person, not a curriculum.

Virtual Individual Sessions

Designated days and hours where your team's people can book a 30-minute slot when they need it. No agenda required. Just support that's actually there when something is happening.

Virtual Wellness Drop-Ins

The same intimate, relational support, in person. Available to organizations in the greater Los Angeles area at a premium rate that reflects travel and in-person presence.

Processing Groups or Relational Project Support

The same intimate, relational support, in person. Available to organizations in the greater Los Angeles area at a premium rate that reflects travel and in-person presence.

On-Site Individual Sessions & Drop-Ins

Leadership and founder support

The people at the top are often the most isolated and the least resourced. This is for them specifically, because the emotional health of an organization moves in both directions.

Most Employee Assistance Programs exist on paper. The sessions are limited, the providers are random, and there's no relational continuity. Nobody actually trusts them, so nobody actually uses them. They were designed to check a box, not to support a person.

What I offer fills the same gap but does what EAPs were always supposed to do. Support that is consistent, relational, personalized, and actually used. Your staff isn't being handed a hotline number and a list of strangers. They're working with someone who knows their environment, understands the pressure they're under, and shows up the same way every time.

This is for organizations who know their current EAP isn't cutting it and are ready for something that actually works.

Custom EAP Alternative

An optional add-on for organizations ready to take the next step. This is where what surfaces in individual sessions and groups, the patterns, the dynamics, the things people are quietly carrying, gets brought into an honest conversation at the leadership level. Not to expose anyone. Not to assign blame. But to actually look at whether the culture itself is part of what people need support from, and what leadership is willing to do about it.

Organizational Culture Consultation

Investment is discussed on our call and built around the scope of what your team actually needs and your organization's size. Pilot programs available for organizations who want to experience the work before committing to a full retainer.

A NOTE FOR OWNERS AND LEADERSHIP

This work only goes as deep as you're willing to go.

I want to be honest with you about something, because I think you deserve that before you decide whether to move forward.

I have watched organizations invest in wellness support for their teams while leaving untouched the very conditions making their people unwell. The understaffing. The communication breakdowns. The leadership behaviors that never get named. The culture that says "we care about our people" while asking those same people to absorb more than any human being should have to absorb in a professional environment.

I know this as someone who has lived it. And I know it as someone trained to understand what happens to people inside systems that were never built with them in mind.

Wellness support matters. What I do matters. And it also cannot fix a broken system by itself. Therapy never could either. The most honest thing I can tell you is that if the conditions inside your organization are what's making your team struggle, individual support will help people cope. But coping is not the same as change.

The Organizational Culture Consultation exists for leaders who are ready to look at both. Who want to understand not just how to support their people but what their people are actually navigating inside the environment they've built, and what accountability looks like at the top.

That step is optional. It is not required to work with me. But I want you to know it exists, and I want you to know why.

If something in what I just said made you uncomfortable, sit with that. It might be the most important thing you read on this page.

If it made you exhale, let's talk.

What To Expect

Step 1: Discovery call, 30 min

Come with a sense of what your organization is dealing with, what outcome you're hoping for, and how you already envision supporting your team. What do you think could be built? What would make your people feel genuinely cared for, not just managed? This is especially meaningful for wellness-centered companies, because the gap between what you sell and what your own people experience internally is worth looking at honestly.

This call is where we start that conversation and figure out if there's alignment between what you're envisioning and what I do.

Step 2: The Build

If we're aligned, we schedule a second conversation to get into the details. We look at who we're supporting, what they actually need, how often we meet, what format makes the most sense, and what a realistic, sustainable structure looks like for your team. This is collaborative. You know your people. I know what works. Together we build something that fits.

Step 3: Structure & Agreement

Once we know what we're building, we put it on paper. We finalize the engagement model, the scope, the investment, and the retainer agreement. Everything is clear, agreed upon, and documented before anything starts. No ambiguity, no surprises.

Step 4: We Start

Consistent, relational, ongoing. We check in regularly on what's shifting, what's working, and what needs to adjust. This is a living partnership, not a static contract. It evolves because your team does.

Get Started.

I'm selective about who I work with. If what you've read here resonates, let's find out if this is the right fit for both of us.

Send me an email at hello@beautifulsoulsaligned.com with a brief description of what your team is carrying and what you're hoping shifts.

I'll respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Looking For Clinical Therapy?

Does your organization offer a mental health stipend? Are your employees looking for individual clinical therapy?

Some of the people I work with inside organizations decide they want to go deeper. If employees are ready for ongoing individual clinical therapy, whether through a company-sponsored mental health stipend or on their own, I offer that separately through my employer.

FAQs

  • At the organizational level, I work with what shows up when people are under sustained emotional pressure and don't have anywhere to put it.

    That looks like:

    • Burnout that's been normalized as part of the job

    • Communication breakdowns that keep repeating without resolution

    • Interpersonal tension that nobody wants to name out loud

    • Staff who are shutting down, checking out, or quietly falling apart

    • Leaders who are isolated, overwhelmed, and holding more than they should

    • Teams in high-empathy or high-contact roles absorbing secondary trauma daily

    • Neurodivergent staff who are masking, overextending, and burning out faster than anyone realizes

    • Cultures that say they care about people but haven't built anything that proves it

This is not a comprehensive list. If something is happening inside your organization that you can't quite name but you know it's costing you, that's worth a conversation.

  • This work is for organizations where the people behind the mission are carrying a lot, and where leadership is ready to actually do something about it.

Some environments where this tends to be most needed:

    • Wellness, holistic health, and integrative care practices

    • Mental health agencies and behavioral health organizations

    • Nonprofits and community-facing organizations

    • Child welfare agencies and domestic violence shelters

    • Addiction treatment and recovery centers

    • Creative agencies and production companies

    • Legal teams handling high-stakes or emotionally heavy cases

    • Crisis response teams and first responder organizations

    • Founder-led startups where the culture is still being built

    • Any organization where emotional labor is part of the daily work

If your team pours into other people for a living, this is for you.

  • Book a 30-minute Discovery Call using the link on this page, or send me an email at hello@beautifulsoulsaligned.com with a brief description of what your organization is dealing with and what you're hoping shifts. I'll respond within 24 to 48 hours and we'll go from there.

  • This is not an intake. It's a real conversation. We'll talk about what's happening inside your organization, what you've already tried, and how you're envisioning support for your team. By the end we'll both have a clear sense of whether this is the right fit and what a next step could look like.

  • Because these organizational slots are shared with my clinical caseload, they matter. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else who needs it. Life happens and I understand that. Just communicate early when you can.

  • My schedule is flexible and built around the right fit. Rather than locking into specific days here, I'd rather know what works for your organization and figure it out from there. Reach out and let me know your preferred days and availability and we'll find something that works for both of us.

  • Investment varies depending on the engagement model, the scope of the partnership, and your organization's size. Everything is discussed on our call so we can build something that actually fits your budget and your team's needs. Pilot programs are available for organizations who want to experience the work before committing to a full retainer.

Payment methods are flexible and discussed as part of the retainer agreement. Depending on the scope and structure of our partnership, we can arrange what works best for your organization, whether that's credit card, check, or direct deposit.

  • I work from an integrative foundation drawing from EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic awareness, attachment theory, psychodynamic insight, trauma-informed relational practice, and my own frameworks, Integrity Centered Intervention and Integral Emotional Mapping, which center congruence between identity, values, and behavior as the foundation of sustainable emotional health. I also integrate spiritual frameworks, Human Design, astrology, nervous system literacy, ACT, CBT, radically open DBT, motivational interviewing, person-centered approaches, culturally responsive practice, and systemic oppression therapy.

I meet you where you are, and we start from there.

      • A one-time workshop or training

      • Generic wellness programming

      • Compliance or HR consulting

      • Culture transformation without leadership accountability

      • A replacement for clinical psychotherapy

      • A guaranteed performance optimization program

What it is: real, sustained, therapeutically informed emotional support built around the actual humans inside your organization, applied relationally, not abstractly.

  • This work draws from clinical training and lived experience but is not clinical psychotherapy. I am not your therapist of record in this context, and I am not diagnosing or treating in the traditional clinical sense.

What I am doing is real, sustained, therapeutically informed emotional support that lives outside the traditional therapy container on purpose. Not because it's less, but because therapy was never designed to meet people inside the environments that are often making them unwell in the first place.

If someone inside your organization needs ongoing individual clinical therapy, they can access that separately through my employer.
