Partnerships & Co-Creation
Different ways to build sacred space together
Some spaces aren’t mean’t to be led aloneI co-create with practitioners who move like medicine.
If you're building something sacred, something that requires emotional depth, spiritual clarity, and someone who won't flinch when things get real, let's talk. I’m open to co-creating retreats, intensives, or gatherings with people who move with spiritual clarity, cultural reverence, and emotional depth.
Alignment required. Depth non-negotiable.
Note: Both forms of partnership require alignment, but they're energetically different. One supports your vision. The other creates our vision. Both are sacred.
Retreat Partnerships
When you need emotional depth for your retreat
Your retreat has the beautiful location, the yoga teachers, the organic meals. But does it have someone who can hold what actually surfaces when people start to transform?
If you’re curating a retreat and know it needs more than aesthetics, it needs care, safety, and emotional presence, I offer something rare:
emotional anchoring as a luxury experience.
I partner with retreat spaces to provide what's often missing: deep emotional presence. The kind that helps participants move through their edges instead of bypassing them.
How I Support Your Retreat:
As a Single Offering: A workshop on nervous system recalibration or lightbar session
As an Arc: Multiple touchpoints throughout your retreat for deeper integration
As Your Emotional Anchor: Present throughout, holding space for whatever emerges
What I Bring
Trauma-informed, emotionally attuned presence
Clinical depth with intuitive and spiritual fluency
Embodied understanding of grief, nervous system overwhelm, and cultural repair
Quiet leadership that supports transformation without force
I Align With
Wellness retreats that prioritize nervous system truth
Yoga and somatic containers in need of integration support
Luxury, ocean-based, or nature-immersed gatherings
Creative or leadership spaces where emotional weight is often unspoken
Retreats centering Black women, queer folks, or spiritual practitioners, but I’m open to many kinds of spaces if the values align
What I Actually Do
When someone breaks open during breathwork, I'm there.
When old grief surfaces in silence, I hold it.
When they need to process but don't have words, I help them find the way through.
This isn't therapy, it's presence, and it changes everything.
Best Suited For
Retreats that value transformation over performance
Ocean-side or nature-based containers
Spaces serving those ready for deep work
Leaders who understand that healing requires witness
Available for partnerships late summer through end of 2026.
Co-Creating Sacred Space
When we build something together
Some visions require sacred partnership. If you're a practitioner dreaming of a retreat that goes beyond the surface, and you want someone who can match your depth, share the responsibility, and co-hold the container, let's explore building something together.
This is different from hiring me for your retreat. Here, we're co-creators, co-leaders, and co-responsible for what we birth.
What Makes Good Partnership You've done your work. You lead with truth, not trends. You understand that holding space is sacred responsibility. And you're ready to create something that serves actual healing, not just good photos.
What I Bring
Emotional anchoring that lets people go deeper
Clinical expertise without the clinical coldness
A commitment to spaces that honor complexity
Grounding when things get tender
Possibilities
Yoga retreats needing emotional integration support
Breathwork containers with deeper processing space
Creative retreats where vulnerability surfaces
Leadership intensives requiring nervous system awareness
Somatic work with emotional recalibration
Ocean-based or nature containers with ceremonial elements
Spaces centering Black women or marginalized communities
Wellness retreats ready to move beyond surface transformation
Clear No's
Trauma-bypassing or hyper-positivity
Spiritual bypassing dressed as wellness
Rushed timelines or ego-driven projects
Surface work masquerading as transformation
Anyone who hasn't faced their own shadows
Those who have not done their own emotional and ancestral work, and scapegoat when it’s brought up.
A lack of integrity
If you're building something medicine-deep and want a partner who can match that intention, reach out with what you're visioning.
Much better - the possibilities now feel expansive instead of limiting, and leading with yoga/breathwork makes way more sense for your positioning.

Make the connection.
We welcome real connection, not empty inquiries.
This isn't a traditional business inbox, it's a space held with intention. If you're reaching out for the right reasons, we'll feel it.
Whether you're seeking ceremonial sessions, have questions about our offerings, want to explore collaboration, or need something that doesn't quite fit our current framework, reach out and we'll respond if it aligns.
Please allow a few days for response. We move at a human pace and honor our capacity.
