What this work costs, and why.
This isn’t just a service, it’s a sacred exchange.
Somewhere down the line, systems decided what care was worth, and who deserved to receive it. But what I offer isn’t defined by institutional standards or billable hourly rates. This work pulls from my time, my energy, and my life force. That is an energetic exchange. What I offer isn’t pulled from a textbook or a template. It comes from years of lived experience, deep listening, ancestral knowing, and professional training. This work is a culmination of every moment I had to carry myself, every time I learned how to hold space with my full self, and every space I had to survive in order to finally create one that feels like home. That alone is worth being paid for appropriately and the services are priced as such.
I don’t charge because of fancy degrees or algorithmic sliding scales. I charge based on the depth, presence, and emotional labor this work requires, because being with someone’s full truth isn’t light work, it’s sacred, and I show up to it with my whole self.
You’re not just paying for my time, energy, and comfort, you’re investing in a space where you get to be real, where you don’t have to perform, and where your healing gets to happen without rushing, diagnosing or fixing. That space took years to become, and you’re investing in that becoming for yourself. Those ready to do the work will invest in what I offer, because it benefits their life purpose.

We move with intention. Whether you’re here for therapy, guidance, consulting, or creative clarity, you’ll be met with attunement, not automation. I take my time to feel into what each person needs and whether I’m the right person to offer it. And when I’m not, I’ll always do my best to point you toward someone who might be. This work isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s sacred. So your care plan should be too.
Our alignment and connection matters as well. We believe this must be a good fit for both of us, energetically and otherwise.
Why Certain Services Cost More
Some offerings, like Safe Passage, require an extraordinary amount of emotional, spiritual, and energetic labor. These are not standard sessions, they are full-body, full-presence containers that demand deep preparation and recovery. They are often held in moments of rupture, crisis, or transition, and the weight of that work is not neutral.
As a Black woman holding space in systems shaped by racism and extraction, my labor is political. I created this space from my survival because our communities were not being held elsewhere. That means the time I spend in spaces that center others, especially white clients or institutions, comes at a cost. Not just financially, but spiritually.
I am open to offering that kind of support, everyone deserves love and care. But it must be priced to reflect the weight of what’s being asked.
This is not about punishment, it’s about the balance In restoring what systems have stolen.
My own self care demands protecting the sacredness of the labor I offer to my own people first, because no one else will.
Financial Flexibility
