This is my altar. My space to use my voice, to be heard, even if it's just by myself.

Sea Salt & Honey is where I tell the truth about what broke, what never got fixed, the grief that lingers and the thresholds we never asked to cross. The clarity that only shows up after everything falls apart.

I'm Loren, and I created this space because my voice has been silenced, dismissed, pushed aside too many times. Here, I get to be seen by myself and by others who relate to these words.

I speak what most people don't speak. I expose and share emotional truths that most people don't even have access to or language for. This is where I unmask completely, my entire Scorpio moon, Aquarius sun, Virgo rising self.

The intention is to create a soft landing, a space for connection. Not direct connection, but the kind where you hear something and think "finally, someone said it." Where you feel seen through my words, through the things I'm brave enough to name.
