This work holds many forms because so do I. I’m a therapist (ASW), a consultant, a speaker, a guide, a strategist, and a soul-led creative. I work at the intersection of spirituality, social work, clinical care, emotional alignment, ancestral wisdom, and intuitive knowing. Whether I’m building frameworks, holding sessions, facilitating intensives, or consulting with teams, I’m always working toward the same thing: emotional clarity, integrity, and the kind of truth that frees us.
I use all of myself in this work. That means everything I’ve lived, studied, survived, and transformed is in the room when we work together. I believe in care that moves, and I’m building the kind of space I needed but couldn’t find. One that honors emotion without pathologizing it. One that values structure without rigidity. One that centers Black women, tenderness, and sacred timing.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Supervisor, Professor, Community Leader, and Ancestral Guide
Diane Griggs-Ross is a licensed clinical social worker, professor, and intergenerational healer with over 30 years of experience in mental health, education, and community-based care. She currently serves as the President of the Association of Black Social Workers – Greater Los Angeles Chapter (ABSWGLA) and is a respected faculty member guiding future clinicians with wisdom, clarity, and cultural integrity.
In this space, she serves as a clinical supervisor and spiritual anchor, offering grounded mentorship that blends clinical excellence with emotional truth. She teaches from the soul, holds with grace, and walks with the kind of wisdom that can’t be taught, only lived.
