Each session is a ceremony + a form of accompaniment, not from above, but beside you, through grief, reclamation, rupture, or rebirth.. Every threshold is a tide. I show up as an emotional midwife, grief doula, and sacred witness to whatever you're carrying, whether that's grief, transition, overwhelm, everyday stress, relationship struggles, or simply needing someone who gets you.

Sometimes you need deep ceremonial support for life's big passages. Sometimes you just need therapy that doesn't pathologize your sensitivity or rush you toward solutions. Sometimes you need both.

These sessions honor the full spectrum of human experience. If you're carrying something heavy, unnamed, or just need consistent support from someone who speaks your language, there's a place for you here.

Before You Book

I offer ceremonial sessions for those navigating emotional intensity, relational rupture, or profound transition.

This work is relationally grounded and clinically informed, sacred space that meets you where you are. It asks something of you and offers to hold you through whatever emerges.

Before you continue, ask yourself:

  • Am I ready to feel what's here?

  • Can I sit with uncomfortable truths?

  • Do I want to be witnessed, not just "fixed"?

These offerings are designed to give you an anchor point, but the work itself is intuitive. We follow what emerges. You may book a TideSession and find yourself deep in grief work, or start with relational repair and discover it's really about a threshold you're crossing.

Pricing + Accessibility

This work is priced to reflect the emotional labor, integrity, and depth I bring. It is not casual support, it’s sacred, structured, and energetically demanding.

Tiered pricing is available because I believe in accessibility without dilution.

Cancellations + Boundaries

I hold this space with my full self, and I ask you to show up with care, too.

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours notice.

Late cancellations, last-minute no-shows, or repeated reschedules without communication will not be rebooked.

This boundary isn’t punitive, it’s protective. My time is limited, and I reserve it intentionally.
