About This Session
This is for the moments when being seen by the world doesn’t mean being held. When the visibility is high, but the support is thin. When your image is curated, but your insides are unraveling. This is where you can lay it all down—not as a public figure, a leader, or a role model, but as a human being in need of real care.
The Interior Session is private, therapeutic support for public lives. There are no expectations to be polished here. No need to perform insight, prove readiness, or hold it together for the sake of perception. This is a space for nervous system restoration, emotional precision, and sacred self-return.
It’s not about fixing. It’s about being with what’s real, fully, honestly, and without judgment.

What This Work Looks Like in Real Life
Artist came to me the night before a major album release, spiraling with anxiety about public reception. She’d been performing confidence all week in interviews while internally catastrophizing about criticism. We worked somatically to discharge the nervous system activation, created grounding practices for the next day, and helped her reconnect with why she made the music in the first place - not for critics, but for her own expression. She left the session feeling centered in her truth, not dependent on external validation.
What makes this ceremonial therapy:
Traditional therapy has clinical distance - the therapist observing and treating from outside. Ceremonial therapy is me becoming an energetic vessel and co-participant in your healing space.
Each session begins with me clearing the energy and dropping into my body to become an actual anchor for our work. I may light incense, set intentions, or create other ritual elements that serve the session. This isn’t someone watching you from behind a clipboard - it’s me literally anchoring the container so you can safely fall apart, transform, or become whole.
I’m not just facilitating, I’m holding the energetic field. I’m present with my whole self, not just my training. This isn’t just a conversation - it’s a sacred container where your healing happens through intentional presence, energetic attunement, and spiritual grounding.
Every session opens and closes with ceremony. The space between us becomes medicine
