We begin where the body is, by following the pulse of what’s lodged. We dislodge, speak, move, and anchor what’s real.
This may include:
Nervous system anchoring and intuitive rhythm (tapping, pulsework, movement) (EMDR Inspired)
Spoken emotional processing
Mirror work or identity reflection
Real-time interruption of cognitive distortions
Truth mapping: What you’ve inherited, what you’ve chosen, and what no longer fits
Ritual anchoring: Saying it, seeing it, and sealing it
This is about integrity, not fixing. Here we move towards healing through acknowledging the truth lodged underneath the surface.
2 to 3 hours
In person or virtual
Optional follow-up integration (add-on)
What EMDR-Inspired Means Here
This session is EMDR-inspired, but it is not EMDR.
EMDR, as taught and practiced in clinical spaces, is a highly structured modality that pulls from much older, ancestral practices — including tapping, rhythmic movement, and bilateral stimulation. These tools were not invented by EMDR. They were systematized, claimed, and then regulated by predominantly white academic frameworks that often strip the soul out of the work.
My approach honors the root: rhythm, intention, and release — but not the rigidity.
I don’t follow a script. I follow the body, and I don’t interrupt the spirit to meet protocol. I saw how that harmed me, and I do not want to perpetuate harm to those who come to me for care.
The soul doesn’t heal in eight phases.
The nervous system doesn’t reset on a timer.
The work moves when it’s ready to move — not when the manual says it should.
So this offering is informed by the essence of EMDR, because this how how I learned to rewire this work, not its container.
What you’ll experience is rhythm-based, intuitive, emotionally precise, and spiritually grounded, and rooted in truth, not template.
